Consultation: We review your application and the specific outcomes you want your system to produce. In this stage we help you identify the key areas of focus in the system that may require custom engineering.

Solution Alternatives: Based on our understanding of your challenge and objectives, we review and discuss alternatives with you before generating any drawings. We have found that there are often a number of creative options that can meet the needs of our customer’s problems, and we are focused on finding the best, most productive and cost efficient solution.

Drawings and Specifications: Once we have worked out a solution path with you, we generate engineering drawings and specifications for the system components, which provide a blueprint for manufacture.

Prototyping: We can prototype key components to validate the effectiveness of the solution.

Manufacturing: We are specialists in custom development and manufacturing of laboratory glass. We can build your components on site and deliver the final product to your satisfaction.

Turnkey System: If your component is part of a larger system, we can provide all the other components in the system for a single bid price – either parts made under the Cal-Glass brand at our manufacturing facility, or components selected for the best value and quality from our relationships in the laboratory glass marketplace.
